All orders shipped to the state of California will be charged sales tax in the amount of 9.25%. All orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.Credit Card Orders
All credit card orders placed through our website will be checked to ensure the billing address provided matches the address on file with your bank or financial institution. When you place your order you will have the opportunity to provide a separate delivery address (if needed). All credit card sales are subject to Tgshydro.com's approval. All credit card orders over $500.00 may require a telephone call to verify the order’s accuracy and legitimacy. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tgshydro.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all.Warranty
Warranty on all items will be the manufacturer’s standard warranty. No product can be returned without a RMA Number. Tgshydro.com Items: All Tgshydro.com items (ballasts, reflectors, etc…) warrants the original purchaser of the product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years on an SUN SYSTEM, two (2) years on SUN SYSTEM 3, BUDGET GRO, TEK-LIGHT, NEW WAVE, SPECTRA MAX, and SUN BLAZE, and one (1) year on SUN BLAZE STRIP LIGHTS and READ FIT T5 from the date of purchase. During this period, www.tgshydro.com will, at their option, and without any charge, repair or replace the product if the unit or any of its components fail or malfunction. The warranty does not cover labor, materials, travel time, equipment, etc… to de-install and reinstall any lighting fixtures. All Other Items: Warranty on all items will be the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Most manufacturers’ will require a receipt and many will also need the original packaging. If you are having a difficulty with one of our other (not www.tgshydro.com) distributed products, you can contact the manufacturer directly or phone us. If you contact us, we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to get the problem resolved. In most cases, it will not make sense to complete return the product to the manufacturer. We will have the manufacturer send you a missing part, replacement product, return authorization, etc…Refunds
Hold on to all original boxes and packaging. No product can be returned without a RMA Number. Unopened Items: If the item is brand new, unopened, and not damaged; the product can be returned, but the item will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The product must be in its’ original packaging. You must prepay the freight back to the warehouse to receive a refund. If merchandise is received back in a condition other than what is described above or if it is damaged in shipment, we will be unable to give a credit/refund on the merchandise. Return items must be a current model and less than six months old. Opened/Used Items: Items that are opened and/or used can not be returned. We can not accept returns on opened items because we do not know how they were treated or how long they were used before they were returned. As a result, we can not resell these items. Defective Items: All defective items will be processed under our warranty policy. All defective items will be handled directly through the manufacturer of the item. We will act as a liaison between you and the manufacturer to assist you in repairing or correcting the defective item.Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed with the wrong price due to a typographical error or in error from pricing we received from one of our suppliers; Tgshydro.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for these products. Tgshydro.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. Tgshydro.com is not responsible for prices or pricing errors listed on other websites. Tgshydro.com is not responsible for incorrect photographs; such images are for representative purposes only. If any provision of this “Agreement” is held void or unenforceable, that determination will not affect: (1) the provision’s application in other circumstances; (2) other provisions in this “Agreement”; or (3) this “Agreement’s” validity or enforceability as a whole. The use of headings is for organizational purposes and will not affect the interpretation of this “Agreement”.
